Talent Onboardings, Payroll Cut-off and Company Closure

As we approach the holiday season, we want to inform you about the upcoming 2023/2024 holiday schedule and its potential impact on talent onboarding during December and January. Our Local Team will observe the holidays, leading to adjustments in our services and availability.


Talent Onboarding During December and January:

Please be aware that the holiday season, particularly from 20th of December until 3rd of January, may affect the onboarding process for new talent. Our Local Team will be unavailable during this time, which might lead to slight delays in the onboarding of new employees or contractors.


To ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruptions, we encourage our clients to plan their talent onboarding activities accordingly. Kindly anticipate potential delays in candidate screenings, paperwork processing, and other onboarding tasks during this period.


Rest assured, our team will make every effort to accommodate and streamline the onboarding process before and after the holiday period.


Payroll Cut-off Date in December:

In preparation for the holiday season, we'd like to notify you that the payroll cut-off date for December will be the 4th of December. This adjustment is due to earlier deadlines set by most of our local teams to ensure payroll processing before the holidays and earlier invoice processing.  Please review and approve your payroll by the 11th of December.


Should you have any payroll changes or updates, we kindly request you to submit them on our platform before the stipulated deadline to avoid any delays in processing payroll for your team members.


Company Holiday Closing Dates:

Our company will be closed for the holidays on the 25th December 2023 and January 1st 2024.


However, our team will be available and operational for the remaining days during this period to assist you promptly.
