To ensure all employees are paid on time during December 2024, we’ve outlined the key dates and actions to keep the payroll process smooth, especially with global bank holidays that may impact processing. Please review the following timeline and complete tasks promptly.
December Payroll Schedule:

November 6 – December 2: Client Action
You may enter all payroll information into the platform starting November 6, with a final deadline of December 2. Submitting early will help us avoid delays and ensure smooth processing for December payroll. -
December 9: Remofirst Approval
Payroll is fully approved, and invoices are generated by this date. -
December 10: Semi-Monthly
Payments due by December 13 for semi-monthly employees will be processed. -
December 10-11: Onboarding & Offboarding Cutoff
This is the last day to submit any employee changes (new hires or terminations) for December payroll. -
December 16: Invoices Due
Please ensure invoice payments are submitted by this date to avoid any delays.
