Follow these easy steps to extend a contractor’s contract.

1. Team and Contractor Profile

The first step is to navigate to the the contractor’s profile.

Team: Navigate to “Team” to reach the contractor profile.
Contractor Profile: From the top choose contractor and then choose the desired contractor to enter their profile.

2. Job Details

Next, Navigate to the details of the contractor’s Job.

Job Details: Navigate to the contractor’s job details to edit the contract Period.
Edit : Click on Edit once you reach the job details tab.
End Date: You’ll find a box at the bottom of the page to edit the end date for the contractor's contract.

3. Accept the Contract Regeneration

Once the necessary changes are made, you’ll need to regenerate and re-sign the contract to make the extension official.

Regenerate the Contract: The system will require it, regenerate the updated contract for both parties to review and sign.

Q: I can’t find the end date section. What should I do?
A: Navigate to the “job details” and click on “edit”, At the bottom you should find it. If the contract is permanent check box is there, Uncheck it to add an End date.
