Bonuses, commissions, or expense reimbursements that were not submitted in time for the regular payroll
Urgent payments required before the next scheduled payday
Offcycle payments are available for certain countries with an additional processing fee.

Can invoices for off-cycle payments be processed without an additional fee?
Off-cycle payments incur an additional processing fee, as they require manual intervention and must be handled outside the standard payroll schedule. This fee helps cover administrative, legal, and banking costs associated with processing payments early or on-demand.
What are the fees for off-cycle payments, and is it possible to waive them?
Off-cycle fees vary by country and are based on the complexity and urgency of the request. These fees may include:
Local payroll processing charges
Banking or wire transfer fees
Additional administrative costs
Fee waivers are not available, however we may be able to advise you on alternatives (like including the payment in the next regular payroll cycle) please contact us to discuss your needs.
What is the timeline for processing off-cycle payments, and can they be expedited?
Processing timelines for off-cycle payments depend on the:
Country of employment and local payroll deadlines
Banking system in the destination country
Time of submission and completeness of the request
In most cases, off-cycle payments are processed a few days from approval. In some countries, expedited processing may be possible but could incur higher fees. We recommend submitting requests as early as possible.
How are off-cycle payments handled to prevent double payment and ensure correct reflection on payslips?
Our payroll team performs internal checks to align any off-cycle disbursements with the monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with local laws. They are also invoiced separately to ensure that no duplication will occur.
Can payments be included in the next regular payroll cycle instead of an off-cycle payment?
Yes, in many cases, it is possible (and often more cost-effective) to include the payment in the next regular payroll cycle. This avoids additional fees and processing complexity.
If the payment is not time-sensitive, we recommend this option. Please consult with your Customer Success Manager to confirm if this is feasible based on your timeline and employee expectations or contact support.
