How to Upload Your Invoice

Step-by-Step Process

1. Wait for system invoice generation
   • Complete your work and submit for payment (or wait for your client to submit the payment)
   • Wait for the system to generate the initial invoice
2. Navigate to your invoices
   • Go to the Invoices tab in your dashboard
   • Find the invoice you want to replace
3. Replace the invoice
   • Preview the invoice in question
   • Click "Exchange this invoice with your own" button
   • Select your prepared PDF file
   • Upload and confirm
4. Verify the upload
   • Check that your custom invoice is now displayed
   • Confirm all details are correct
   • Your invoice will be sent to the client
