How to deactivate a contractor

In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps required to deactivate a contractor on the Remofirst platform.

The process of deactivating contractors on the Remofirst platform is pretty straightforward.

1. Access Your Contractors:

  • Log in to your platform's dashboard
  • Navigate to the Team section -> Contractors tab

2. Locate Contractor Profile:

  • Select a contractor from the list or search for the contractor's profile using their name

3. Initiate Deactivation:

  • Once you've located the contractor's profile, click on it to access their details.
  • Access the Personal tab and look for the "Deactivate" button at the bottom of the page

4. Confirm Deactivation:

  • Click on the "Deactivate" button to initiate the deactivation process.
  • Confirm your decision to deactivate the contractor.
  • Once deactivated, your contractor's status will be changed to Inactive and they will be informed of your decision via email

5. Follow-Up:

  • If required, follow up with any additional steps such as settling financial obligations or transitioning responsibilities.
