Step 1: Receive Notification
- You’ll receive a notification when an employee submits a timesheet for review.
Step 2: Navigate to Timesheets
- To access all timesheets submitted by your employees, navigate to the Timesheets tab
⚠️ Important note
- Only the Direct Manager assigned to the employee and the Company Owners (POC) can:
- 👀 View Timesheets
- ✅ Approve Timesheets
- ❌ Reject Timesheets
Step 3: Select a Timesheet
You’ll see a list of employees who have submitted timesheets. For each entry, you’ll see:

- Employee name
- Timesheet period
- Total hours logged
- Current status (e.g. Pending)
- Actions (Review, Approve, Reject)
Click on the eye icon to view a detailed breakdown of the timesheet:
- Daily logged hours
- Task types (e.g. Regular Hours, Breaks)
- Notes (if any)
Step 4: Review, Edit, and Take Action
✏️ Edit
If you notice incorrect or missing entries, you can edit the submitted timesheet before approving it:

Open the timesheet.

Click Edit.

Make necessary changes (hours, tasks, or notes).

Save your changes.
✅ Approve
- Click Approve if everything looks correct.
🔔 The employee will be notified, and the timesheet status will be updated to Approved.
You can find all approved Timesheets under Approved tab.
❌ Reject
- Click Reject if corrections are needed.
- You’ll be prompted to provide a reason (e.g. missing time, wrong entries).
🔔 The employee will be notified, and the status will change to Rejected.
They can then edit and resubmit the timesheet.
