You can quickly review your employees’ available, used, and upcoming time off directly in the Client App. There are two places where you can view balances:
From the Employee’s Profile → Time Off tab
From the Time Off section → Balances tab
This guide walks you through both options.
1. Check Balances from the Employee’s Profile
This view is best when you want to check the balance for a specific employee.
Steps:
Go to Employees in the main menu.
Select the employee whose balance you want to review.
Open the Time Off tab inside their profile.
Switch to the Balance section.
What You’ll See:
Annual entitlement by contract
Accrued balance (how much the employee currently has accrued)
Carry over (how many has been carried over and used - click on i icon)
Ad-hoc adjustments
Used days
Available days
2. Check Balances from the Time Off Section
This view is best when you want to see and compare balances for all employees in one place.
Steps:
Go to Time Off in the left-hand menu.
Select the Balances tab.
You can check both Paid Vacation balances and Paid sick leave balance
What You’ll See:
A list of all employees and their balances
Balances for Vacation and Sick leaves
This helps you monitor balances across the entire team without opening each individual profile.
