Integrate RemoFirst with ADP Workforce Now to make your global hiring process even smoother and more efficient.
Prerequisites:
- You have a RemoFirst subscription
- You are an ADP Workforce Now Customer
Steps to Get Connected
- The RemoFirst user(s) roles: Team Admin will need to log in to access the Account ID. Once logged in, go to:
Account Settings - Company Settings - Integrations
In Company Settings - Integrations you will see a prompt to Generate you ADP Workforce Now Account ID.
- Click "Generate account ID". The generated ID is valid for 15 minutes or until you click "Reset", during this time, no one else from the company can generate IDs. Other users with the correct permissions they have to wait until the first one loses validity.
- Copy this code.
- Log In to the ADP Marketplace using your ADP credentials. Then search for RemoFirst, make sure to go to the Connector listing here, https://apps.adp.com/en-US/apps/544489.
- Purchase the RemoFirst Connector:
- Use the Account ID from your RemoFirst account to complete the purchase.
- Consent to data processing in ADP and complete the purchase in the ADP Marketplace.
- Go back to your RemoFirst Account, and refresh your page - the integration should become active.
Single Sign On
To activate the Single Sign-On (SSO), make sure you are:
- Logged out of the RemoFirst platform
- Logged into ADP
- Have an active RemoFirst Connector subscription in ADP
From the RemoFirst platform, navigate to https://auth.remofirst.com/api/auth/login
Click on the “ADP Sign in” button. From here, you may sign in with your ADP credentials, and you will be logged into RemoFirst and ADP.
Bookmark SSO
Preconditions:
- Activated SSO from RemoFirst
- Logged out of the RemoFirst platform
- Logged into ADP
- Has an active RemoFirst subscription in ADP.
Flow:
- Navigate to My Apps in ADP Marketplace
- Click on the RemoFirst data connector tile. After this, the SSO will be bookmarked.
Signing out after SSO
Preconditions:
- Logged into the RemoFirst platform via ADP SSO
- Logged into ADP
- Has an active RemoFirst subscription in ADP
Flow:
- From the RemoFirst client application, open your profile menu and click “Sign out of all accounts”.
- After getting signed out of your RemoFirst session, you will be asked whether you want to sign out of ADP as well.
