Introducing Teams: Smarter Workforce Management for Your Organization
The Team feature lets you organize your employees, contractors, and managers into structured groups called Teams, based on departments, projects, or any operational unit you choose. These Teams operate independently of legal entities and allow you to manage your workforce more effectively with role-based permissions and delegated oversight.

Why Use Teams?
Managing a growing workforce across different functions and regions can quickly become complex. With the Teams feature, you can bring clarity and structure to how people are grouped, managed, and supported - without being limited by legal entity boundaries.
For example, you might create Teams for:
- Sales in APAC
- Engineering (Remote)
- Customer Support - Europe
- Contractors for the Q4 Marketing Campaign
Each Team can have its own Team Admin:
- who can manage the team's configurations (assign managers, edit the title of the team)
- who have access to all sections and can manage all the team members assigned to the corresponding team
Key Benefits
-
Organize by function or project
Structure your organization into logical units for clearer oversight and operational control. -
Delegate authority to Team Managers
Empower trusted managers to handle team-level tasks like contract approvals, payroll oversight, and more. -
Control access through role-based permissions
Team members and managers only see and act on what’s relevant to their assigned Teams. -
Customize operations at the team level
Manage contracts, payments, and reports specific to each Team’s needs - ideal for organizations operating across geographies or business units.
By using the Teams feature, you’ll simplify your workforce operations while maintaining flexibility and control no matter how your organization grows.
