If you're a Client Manager with access to specific Teams, your view across the platform will be filtered automatically to show only the data relevant to your assigned Team(s). This ensures you only see and manage the employees, contractors, and tasks you're responsible for.
Where to Find the Team Filter
You’ll find the Team filter at the top left of the screen, directly under your company name.
- It appears as a dropdown with checkboxes for each Team.
- Teams listed are only those you have access to.
- You can select one or multiple Teams using the checkboxes.
- By default, all Teams you have access to are selected. This ensures you see the full view of your scope right away. You can manually deselect Teams to narrow your view to specific groups.

- ✅ Approve contracts if you’re assigned as HR Specialist or Team Admin for that Team.
- ❌ Cannot access or sign contracts from other Teams.
10. Payroll & Invoices
- ❌ Team-based filtering does not apply to this section.
Unlike other areas of the platform that are filtered by Team, Payroll and Invoices are visible in full to users with specific finance-related roles.
Users with the following roles have access to all payroll and invoice data across all Teams:
- Finance Specialist
- Payroll Manager
- Team Admin
While we apply Team-based visibility in most areas of the platform, Payroll and Invoice data remain global for now.
Here’s why:
Payroll and invoicing workflows are deeply interconnected across Teams. Workers can be involved in projects or billing cycles that span multiple teams or cost centers. Filtering data at the Team level could lead to incomplete visibility for finance and payroll users, causing gaps in approvals, reporting, and compliance processes.
