Overview
Payslips (also called pay stubs) are uploaded to the RemoFirst platform by our local team on or around payday. In most cases, they will be available the same day you are paid.
How to Access Payslips on the Platform
Sign in to your RemoFirst account.
On the right-hand side, go to the Payments section.
3. Click on the Payslips tab.
4. Select the payslip you want to view or download.
📌 Tip: Payslips are stored in your account, so you can access or download them anytime.
Payslips via Email
In some cases, payslips may also be sent directly to your email by the local team. If you expect an emailed payslip, check your inbox and spam folder.
Why Payslips May Be Delayed
Sometimes payslips are not uploaded immediately on payday due to local team processing times.
Most payslips are uploaded or sent on payday.
If not, they should be visible within 2–3 business days.
What to Do if You Don’t See Your Payslip
If your payslip is still missing 3 days after payday Contact Support. We will check with the local team and update you.
