Why is the salary not in the bank account yet after the payslip has been received?

Payslips are often prepared and released slightly before or on payday. However, the actual bank transfer may take additional time depending on:

• Processing times from the local payroll team

• Banking system delays (especially international transfers)

• Public holidays or weekends

If your salary has not been received within 1 business day after payday, please contact support so we can check with the local team and your bank.
