This article guides you through accessing the Help Center, specifically logging in to your profile, checking the status of your ticket, and tracking the full conversation history.
Accessing the Help Center:
- Visit our Help Center at knowledgebase.remofirst.com
Logging In to Your Profile:
Logging in allows you to track all your submitted tickets. Here's how to log in to your profile:
- Click on the "Sign in" button located in the top right corner of the Help Center homepage.
- Enter your credentials. If this is your first time signing in, click forgot password. Currently, RemoFirst Platform credentials and the Help Center credentials are different which will be unified in the future.
Checking Your Ticket Status:
After logging in, you can check the status of your submitted tickets:
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the Help Center
- Navigate to the My Activities
- You'll find a list of your submitted tickets with their progress (e.g., Open, Pending, Resolved).
By clicking on a specific ticket within your "My Activities" list, you'll be able to access the complete conversation history.
