🇵🇭 Philippines: Holiday Reminder - Independence Day (June 12)

Please note that June 12, 2026 (Friday) is a regular holiday in the Philippines in observance of Independence Day.

Under Philippine labor regulations, employees who work on this holiday are entitled to:

• Their regular daily wage, plus

• An additional 100% of their daily rate for the first eight (8) hours worked

To ensure accurate payroll processing, clients should submit the list of employees who worked on June 12 no later than June 11 for inclusion in the June 15 payroll payout.
