The Philippines has released its public holiday calendar for Q4 2025. This notice applies to employees aligned with Pasig City, Quezon City, and Taguig City. Holidays officially declared for other cities are not automatically applicable, even for remote workers registered under these locations.

🗂️ Operational Reminders for Teams
If someone works on a holiday, the hours must be approved by their manager and shared with us before the 3rd business day of the month to be processed in payroll.
December changes to payroll need to be communicated by December 1st.
Only holidays applicable to Pasig / QC / Taguig will be observed — city-specific holidays elsewhere don’t automatically apply.
Teams should plan coverage in advance, especially around late December when many holidays cluster.
