Timesheet processing is moving to an automated system. The main thing you need to know: if your timesheet isn't submitted by the cut-off date, your payment will move to the next payroll cycle.ย
Miss the cut-off = delayed pay.ย You'll receive an automatic notification with your revised pay date, but you'll wait roughly two weeks until the next cycle runs.
How the cycle works
| Schedule A โ example | Date |
|---|---|
| Payroll period | June 8 โ June 21 |
| Submit your timesheet by | June 23 |
| Pay date if on time | June 26 |
| Pay date if you miss cut-off | July 10 |
What you need to do
- Submit your timesheet before the cut-off โ don't wait until the last day
- Check the RemoFirst platform for your upcoming cut-off dates
- If something prevents you from submitting on time, contact your HR team immediately
What if I submitted on time but my manager didn't approve in time?
Both your submission and your manager's approval must happen before the cut-off. If your manager missed the approval window, your pay will still move to the next cycle.ย
Will I be notified if my pay is delayed?
Yes. You'll receive an automatic notification telling you the revised pay date.
